Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS and UPS. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at skatersocks@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
